“I’ve been holding back my music for years now, feeling like I couldn’t express myself to the world because my life wasn’t together. I wanted to show up telling the story of how I overcame and life is squeaky clean and perfect now. I forgive myself for that. I said the words I forgive me and listened to it for about 3 years to pull myself out of a depression cycle. I made it a love song because, well, I’m a lover… but it’s about way more. I hope it can help you or somebody else. What do you need to forgive yourself for..? What does it look and feel like to let it go and move on? Do that! 🙏🏽 I forgive Me, and I hold me to my healing..”
